Office 2010 Technical Preview: Screenshots
By Renai LeMay on 18 May 2009
We give you a sneak peek at a "Technical Preview" build of Microsoft's upcoming Office 2010 suite before the company formally unveils it to the public.
We installed Office 2010 in a virtualised VMware instance on top of Windows XP Service Pack 3. We could have installed the suite on top of the Release Candidate of Windows 7, but we wanted to see how Office 2010 would work without the latest operating system sitting underneath it. The answer, it turns out, is "just fine".
Above you can see a fairly standard Microsoft pre-release software licence.
