Old Spice goes viral with YouTube 'tweets'

If you haven't seen the Old Spice commercials by now then frankly you are not alive. (Apologies to our legion of undead fans).

The company has now taken social media by storm by posting live-ish responses to the Twitter account @oldspice on YouTube.

The face of Old Spice, Isaiah Mustafa, has been standing in a towel and reading off some frankly bizarre and hilarious responses to tweets.

"Why times two minus the universe microwaves multiplied by white blood cells divided by the square root of romantic feelings ... equals thankyou for the kind words smart computer inventor person", is his response to co-founder of Twitter Biz Stone.

We asked him to appear on the Pulse podcast. Likelihood of him appearing? Nil. Likelihood of smelling like him? It does get pretty gamey in the podcast room at times.

Must have been a very unproductive brainstorming session in the ad agency the day they came up with this. God.
