The company has begun seeding what is intended to be the final build of OS X 10.8 to developers, according to Cult of Mac, along with Xcode 4.4 and Lion 10.7.5.
Apple has not provided a definite release date, although, as CNET noted, it may release the operating system the day after its earnings call, which would peg the day as 25 July.
