If you've got an Apple devotee on your Christmas list, this gift is a no-brainer. Chances are they own all the latest and greatest Apple products already, but perhaps their mantelpiece is not yet graced with a scarily accurate Steve Jobs action figure.

Yes, for only US$79.90 you can get a replica of Steve as we know him best: black skivvy, Levis, runners, and clutching a a tiny plastic iPhone, of course.

The bad news is that M.I.C. Store, the online retailer pushing this ingenious gift, is currently out of stock. As MIC apparently stands for "made-in-China", we presume there's a factory there somewhere manning battle stations to tool up production again as quickly as possible.

Sorry campers! The Apple legal dept has now stepped in and said the figure is a no-no, claiming the company "did not consent to the use of Apple's copyrights and trademarks". MIC has heeded the legal heat and discontinued the product.

O.M.G. That's just sad, and I'm a diehard Apple fan.
