well ive had this phone for over a year and a half now and if it wasnt for the glitches i would still have it but overall its lasted from being dropped many many times on just about everything, even had my horses step on it,with only few scratches and nothing has broken off or snapped.

    • Good: -very durable and doesnt break like some of the new nokia models where the camera and such fall of from one fall
-have found the camera and video quality good
      -
    • Bad: like other have said :
      - restarts and turns off at random times and mostly if u want to save drafts.
      - if someone is calling the'accept/pickup' button doesnt work
      - the i turning to a 4 in msgs
      - when you put new words in msgs they sometimes dont stay there.
      - battery life dies especially if you use the music player.

I have this phone and it has the worst msging system in the world. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT FOR MSGING!!!

    • Good: Good speaker quality and volume
    • Bad: Dont even attempt to use it for msging.

If it had a better quality camera and expandable memory i would give it 11!

    • Good: Styling, build quality
    • Bad: camera and memory

To all those that complain about not bieng able to change message tone....Just read the instructions. It's so easy. 1/ Save phone numbers in phone not sim. 2/ go to settings 3/go to phone profiles 4/ go to outdoor (or any profile)5/ go to options 6/edit 7/go to message alert tone. From here its easy.
Top phone. Best I've ever had

    • Good: Great all round phone
    • Bad: No cons

I am very much a Nokia Girl, the Z510 is ok but battery is limited and i hate the fact that you cant change the msg tone. I am also having probelms receiving messages

    • Good: slim, rotating camera
    • Bad: battery life, awkward msg, camera suxs,

I bought one and overall it's a good phone to have no regrets at all. Just that the battery span is short, i get a longer battery span if I turn off the phone when charging and allow it to charge fully. I can store what I want and the picture editor is excellent lots of features, just a pitty it doesn't have a memory card capacity . It would be the best phone to have.

    • Good: everything
    • Bad: don't know how the get my downloaded tones to set as my message alert tone

I can't stand this phone! I have always been a "Nokia girl" and should have stuck to the brand I like. This stupid Samsung turns intself on when I turn it off...it's been for "repairs" and nothing helps. I can't figure out how to change my sms tone...maybe I should've completed my degree in rocket science :-) I also find it difficult to send text messages...awkward keypad.

    • Good: Hmm...
    • Bad: See above

    Cool phone

Really cool phone,, first samsung I've ever had,, and so far so good,, I was very hesitant to buy a Samsung as I have been disappointent with their electrical products in the past,, but it seems they've come a long way!

    • Good: Same dimensions as razr V3
      Nice and big screen
      So far really user friendly
Nice software to link to computer
    • Bad: Only con I have so far is that the phone doesn't beep every 3 mins or so if you have missed a call/msg.. So sometimes I don't get reminded to check my ph for ages even after I've got a msg. (Can somebody please confirm this?)
