Fancy spending the majority of your 11 hour trans-continental flight staring out the window? No? We didn't think so.

Fortunately, tech artist Nate Bolt has done the hard yards for you, and placed his Canon 5D Mark II on interval timelapse to snap a picture every 2 to 30 seconds of his journey between San Francisco and Paris.

Our favourite bit? The cheeky comment that goes along with the video, stating that the sequences between take-off and landing are all computer generated "because I would never use an electronic device when the FAA prohibits them."
