Shinco SDP-1720A DVD Player
By Alex Kidman on 15 October 2004
While its cheap offering price is enticing, issues with the physical design and build quality make the Shinco SDP-1720A a less than appealing portable DVD option.

Cheap and noisy
Only had it one day .... but yes, it is very noisy. Sounds like a truck changing through the gears.
TV Out on my PAL only TV isn't working at the moment. All the Divx movies I've thrown at it have worked.
Did I mention it was cheap? 50% off RRP .... -

Good Price Good Product
As the full review states discs do grind when first put in and spin fast when youy open the dvd. But there is a great picture and sound quality with the shinco. When we brought the player at strathfield we were not wanting to spend alot of money which was a tiny bit risky but its great
