Think you have a problem with your picture? We show you how you can correct them.

It's the perfect picture ... except it's been ruined by a slight blur caused by camera shake, or by overexposed focusing. It happens even to the professionals. Fortunately, all that's fairly easy to correct. The simple tutorial below will show you how to digitally clean up, correct, enhance or retouch four common photo hiccups. For illustration purposes, we will be using Adobe Photoshop.

Removing a colour cast
Sometimes images come across as having colour casts which simply translate into imbalances of colour in the original, such as too much red or green in the picture.

Level: Easy
Time needed: 5 minutes

Method 1
1. This effect can be done by selecting Image > Adjust Levels.
Method 2
1. Choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.
2. Click OK to create the adjustment layer and display the Color Balance Layer dialog box.
