Macromedia FlashPaper 2.0 exports documents into both Flash and PDF files, to streamline their appearance and print-readiness from Web sites. You can insert interactive content into the cross-platform, compressed SWF documents created by FlashPaper.
Rumours that this program was once meant to give Adobe's ubiquitous PDF a run for its money have mellowed since the initial release of FlashPaper two years ago, and Macromedia certainly isn't advertising revolutionary changes to this product on the eve of its merger with Adobe. We'll describe the details of the final release of FlashPaper 2.0 when it becomes available.
Please note: FlashPaper 2.0 is part of the Macromedia Studio 8 suite and is not available as a separate product.
