By Elsa Wenzel on 13/10/2006

More FeedDemon reviews , RRP: TBA

The good:

  • Clean interface
  • Excellent for managing hundreds of feeds (or more)
  • Lets you set up watch lists
  • Offers an online edition
  • Syncs podcasts with iPods and other handheld media players

The bad:

  • Windows only
  • Doesn't provide content sharing with other users

The bottomline:

FeedDemon is a terrific RSS reader that can handle hundreds of subscriptions faster and better than the many free Web-based readers available.

Editors' rating:

8/10

I am not a big fan of feed demon. That is just me though. I am such a microsoft baby.

But Feed demon as a RSS reader is pretty good. I'd have to give it a 7 out 0f 10

I have ditched feed demon as well. I use the Google reader. With Google reader I can read my feed anywhere.

I've ditched FeedDemon currently. I'm back to using Windows Live Mail. It doesn't do sync with other PCs or a web service but I need something reliable and easy and its the easist solution for me right now.

This newer version of FeedDemon has a nice clean interface and is the first to make me take seriously my RSS consumption habits.
