This version expands the app's usefulness by allowing you to import video from non-DV sources, such as set-top recorders, phones, and cameras. This new Media Downloader works from the Add Media button in the top left of the screen, which is a little confusing since standard video capture uses the Capture tab to the right. We'd like to see these controls joined in the next version.
