This is the best camera phone in the Cyber-shot family to date. The pictures we've taken are sharp and colourful, and the camera operation is easy and intuitive. It may be missing some of the tech we see in many smartphones, but then, the C902 isn't a smartphone.

  only had phone 6 months when it completely shut off in the middle of a text and won't turn back on, after reading these reviews I'm not even going to both sending it in for repairs.

  if you are thinking of buying this phone please for the sake of your own sanity please turn around and run the other way.
  NOT worth the retail price, or even 10% of it.
  if you want to buy a phone that actually works as a phone and can make calls and send texts then understand that this "phone" cannot even do that. you will be in the middle of an important phonecall and suddenly it will freeze and switch off.
  you may be in a rush and quickly want to delete a text or photo or video or music file or whatever and the phone will freeze up meaning you have to wait about 15 mins for anything to happen.
  seriously DO NOT BOTHER.
  i am writing this to WARN you please do not buy this phone.

  • Good: it can send texts... uhm yeah thats about it.
  • Bad: camera isnt that great, always resets itself even in the middle of calls, freezes all the time, is incredibly slow and frustrating to use,

  This phone has given me nothing but problems since day one !
  I absolutely hate it... I was previously a Nokia user and will never return to sony ericsson's after having this dull phone. Battery life is also crap. Total piece of Crap.

  • Good: nothing !
  • Bad: Freezes constantly during texts & calls, turns itself off mutplie times a day and the alarm chooses when it will go off !

  Phone is 12 months old, been repaired 3 times, - nothing works except the ability to send texts

  I have it for only 2 months and now i have to play with the charger to make it charge or listen to music. I really hate it. I want my n95 back :(

  i purchased 6 of these phones, 3 for work and 3 for family and they all have the exact same problems which would rule out a one off lemon, some of the problems are, always freezing, shutting down, re starting itself, extreme software lag, keypads fall apart after 3 months, have been in for warranty 5 to 7 times so far, cant hang up sometimes, the list goes on and on and on, my last 2 phones have been sony and were excellent phones, this model phone is most disappointing, all are now just on 12 months old and i cant stand them anymore, total piece of you know what it doesnt

  I have had many sony ericssons and this phone has turned me off all of them. This is one of the worst phones i have ever had.
