PDA seems fine, Phone unreliable, Customer Service Non_existent!
Customer Frustration Line in Australia is hopeless. No support, refusal to permit speaking to a team leader; Refusal to speak to provider service department; Exceedingly difficult to get accessories - car kit - took July to end October in 2005. Phone only used from end October. Over 30 calls to Customer Frustration Line - no resolution. Over $1000.00 thrown away! No hope of recovering it either. Very unhappy and frustrated.

The Best!
Hi I just got this phone off ebay for only $1.00 and $18.90 post so haha people who got it $1000.
Anyway its a great phone the best I ever had I am telling you I have had alot! Over all the phone is great the keyboard could be a little spaced out I think but doesn't effect over all quality.

nothing but problems
Only had it 6 months, had it "fixed" twice. Did you know their service policy is: that it has to be "fixed" 3 times before Sony will take your "case" to a customer service respresentative for review.
I dont know what is worse: the phone or the poor service -
