Convergence? Yeah, Sony Ericsson’s heard of it... This is an excellent MP3 phone let down by a clunky PDA interface and no camera.

    It is very good music phone.
    One of the best feature in music player is that you can set a time in player to switch it off automatically.

    Does any body know any other phone like W890i or any brand
    that has this feature.

    I've bought TWO of these phones (misplaced the first one), and would buy it again and again all my life if it were possible! WAY better sound quality than most other phones and even the iPod. The interface may be a bit confusing at first (I hated it the first three days, until I got used to it) but can be customised to suit your personal needs fabulously. It's a great phone and the only bad part is that Sony Ericsson's DISCONTINUED IT! :( I hope they see the light and bring it back on the market soon!

    • Good: Super music capability, great internet browsing experience, i love the design, large screen and even the flush keypad (maybe my fingers are smaller than others), AND it's in my fave colour - PURPLE!
    • Bad: the stylus tends to get lost in a few months

    great phone...

    • Good: stable price... easy used... great music tracker... large display... huge space to store many things..
    • Bad: on daylight, i cannot read the text on it... i compare with M600i's brightnes... w950i lose... surface keypad button is suck (if you have a long nail.. you can scratch easly)

    It is a very good phone, have it now since 3 months and it works perfect. Software is fast enough, display has good quality, Mp3 player sounds good. Internet fast and good signal as well...

    • Good: sound of Mp3's, quality screen, intuitive usage of software
    • Bad: no standard word,excel viewer, limited in external software (good software)

    One of the best hand set which i am not ever seen in my life is Sony Ericsson W950i. Best of the best hand set. Fast responsive with 4gb of storage. Which is enough for me. I like its style which is very attractive.

    • Good: Very easy to use.
      User-friendly interface.
      4gb space.
      Finger-friendly keypad.
    • Bad: No memory expansion slot.

    Perfect phone , even thow it aitn got no camera it is a great phone . But the w960i is comming out soon.

    • Good: internel 4gb, touch screen , walkman , 3g.
    • Bad: No:
      - wifi
      -video calling
      -camera(for those who need one)

    Had it for a few weeks now. Love the music quality from this phone. It is SUPERB. Large touchscreen is good and crisp quality. Videos on fullscreen are also crisp and extremely good considering you use the right software to convert videos (use Ipod video converter).

    BUT. Annoying keypad. It is very hard to use. When you push one key, several keys surrounding are also pushed. Not much of a PDA phone, More of a multimedia phone.

    • Good: Excellent quality for listenin to music. Beats the Ipod anyday. My mini and nano stand no chance against it.
    • Bad: Bad keypad, handwriting is sometimes not that responsive, Battery life is pretty bad. But still sufficient. I have to charge every 2days but i get alot of music out of it.

    The hardware is great byt the interface it a let-down. Also the battery wont hold-up to your massive playlist if you're using the player full time and expecting any calls.
    The PC software also sucks

    • Good: 4gb of mem, leightweight.
    • Bad: functionality can be difficult.
