Asus M60J
Core i7 is here in mobile form. Some vendors will be attempting to rush these laptops out as close to the Windows 7 launch as possible. Keep an eye out — looks like the season to upgrade is well and truly upon us.

Asus UX30
The UX30 gets oh so close to what it strives to achieve, but small design choices like the stippled touchpad and port covers, and large issues like the low battery life prevent it from achieving greatness.
-
Asus Eee PC T91
Asus does a good job of combining a netbook and a touchscreen in the Eee PC T91, even if the system hits a couple of first-generation snags.
-
Asus U80V
The U80V is without question our favourite 14-inch laptop, and Asus deserves praise for what it has achieved here. If the company can overcome the final stumbling block of having a reliable multi-touch touchpad on PC, we'll be thoroughly impressed indeed.
-
Asus N51V
The Asus N51V is an excellent mid-sized laptop, and should absolutely be considered if you're looking for that price/performance sweet spot.
-
Altech SysArielAtom-DP04
The DP04 is a classic example of why nettop buyers are better off buying netbooks.
-
Asus G71
The G71 is an excellent system. It's expensive, and there's a few missteps Asus has made with hardware configuration, bling and the inclusion of a 32-bit version of Windows, but by and large with this system you get what you pay for — assuming your pockets are deep enough.
-
Asus N10 (Intel Atom N270 Processor 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM)
You'll pay a bit more for the privilege, but the Asus N10 is unique because of its discrete, switchable graphics and extra ports.
