Atari is hoping gamers will be impressed at how the upcoming V8 Supercars 3 crashes - not the game itself, of course, but the vehicles on its virtual race tracks.

The V8 Supercars series will be back for another spin this year, with V8 Supercars 2005 set to hit PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC in October.

PSP to launch with 25 games, 18 movies

The Sony PSP will have 25 games and 18 movies available from its 1 September launch, as well as have web access ability pre-installed, Sony has confirmed.
