Apple unleashes new Xserve, Mac Pro
Just a week before Macworld, Apple has unveiled a Mac Pro with eight processor cores and a new system architecture. Apple said its two Intel 45-nanometer Quad-Core Xeon processors running up to 3.2GHz will double the power of its predecessor.
The Moscone Center in San Francisco plays host to Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference as attendees get a glimpse of new products from Steve Jobs and other Apple honchos.
