if accc is suing apple for the claims of 4g for the ipad what wll happen then to the s24g?

Joseph Hanlon posted a reply

It will be fine. It actually has the hardware to support Telstra's 4G network.

If you mean the Galaxy S2 4G, there won't be an issue. It's Advertised as 4G and works on Telstra's 4G network.

The ACCC is after Apple because they are advertising the iPad as 4G even though Apple knows it wont connect to any 4G network in Australia
