Reader Opinion
Bought this at a computer store for $689. Stunning image quality (8 megapixels), very easy to use, largest LCD screen possible - 2.5"! Compact, lightweight. Only negative is relatively low zoom but can buy a doubler for the lens.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30

Though we have some caveats about image quality, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30 provides stiff competition to other megazooms.

Reader Opinion
A little noisy taking darker shots but the zoom is outstanding for long shots. I'm very happy with the quality for the price. Great value.
