Top 10 mobile phones of JanuarySmart phones take out the top three spots in January on CNET.com.au -- perhaps it's all those diligent students around the country turning their backs on the summer sun and preparing for the semester to begin. We doubt it. In any case, Sony Ericsson fared well over the festive season with its line of Walkman phones, the W800i and W550i, as did Nokia's 3G-enabled N series.

Just got this phone a few weeks ago, using it as a GPS Navigation system with GPS bluetooth reciever + TomTom 5 mobile + map for australia, work great. Great phone.

Following the recent launch of the Xda IIs and Xphone II and a lot of speculative buzz over the II mini, O2 today finally unveiled its latest and smallest PDA-phone to date.

Having a such capable PDA + phone in such a small form factor makes it very appealling to traditional mobile phone users who always wanted the extra PDA functionality but never wanted the bulk.

This phone is for people who want something that is easy to use and got lots of ways to personlise their phone ... it has everything!!! (apart from 3G which you don't need if you have O2 Active ... like me!)

Sony Ericsson's first Walkman-branded mobile phone boasts up to 30 hours of MP3 playback and a whopping 512MB Memory Stick is thrown in for storage. It also sports a 2-megapixel camera for video and stills.

Overall it is a great phone. Great looks, memory capabilities and great as an MP3 player, but I have had a lot of problems putting MP3 files on the phone and making them stay -- they seem to somehow disappear or delete themselves -- as have my pictures. Overall it is easy to use and looks good, except for these problems.
