Crackberrys, you have now a choice. Vodafone has announced that it will join Telstra in selling the new BlackBerry Bold 9700. The highly anticipated update to last year's Bold 9000 will be in stores tomorrow, 2 December.

Four pricing plans were also announced in unison with the Bold launch, with single and business user available in either AU$79 or AU$99 per month caps. The cheaper plans include AU$550 credit towards calls and messages each month, plus unlimited BlackBerry email and internet, and 50MB per month for data outside of BlackBerry services. The AU$99 caps include unlimited talk and text, plus the choice between unlimited BlackBerry email and internet or a flat 1.5GB per month to use in data downloads.

Telstra announced it would sell the BlackBerry Bold 9700 last week, with prices starting from AU$85 per month or outright for AU$999.
